Activating / Defining Boxes
 

Choose between the two different display versions of the options area (left frame):

  1. Dynamic boxes
  2. Simple list

We strongly recommend using the boxes

Enabling boxes:
(1) Click in the main menu on "Interface"


(2) Click in the row "Define boxes" on the "modify"-button.


(3) If you still don’t have boxes on your platform -> click on the link "click here to enable boxes".


(4) You now see a table with all presently existing boxes and a standardized pre-selection. You can make an individual choice for your platform at any time.

displayed: The selected boxes are displayed in the options area.
opened: The selected boxes with their contents are opened automatically. During their work process, the users can open/close the boxes at will.

 

(5) Click on the arrows in the move column to set the order of the boxes within the options area.

 

(6) Click on the “save configuration” to save your data input.

new boxes: Click on the "refresh this list" in order to load any new boxes on your platform. Afterwards these boxes will be displayed in the list of the p-Admin-interface of your platform.


Deactivating boxes = list representation:
You want to switch back to the list version of the options area?


(1)-(2) as above.


(3) Click in the first row above the table on "disable boxes".
