How do I make the login form appear on the start page?
 

The desired adjustment can be fixed in the P-Admin-interface. 

Log in as platform-administrator and chose "Interface > Advanced Page Layout Configuration".

There you find the option #30 "Startpage - require login".  Put a tick in the checkbox and click on "Save". 

Now the login form will be displayed on the start page if the user is a guest.
