Exporting literature facts
 
You can export data from the content service "Literature" and afterwards work with it in a spread-sheet program (MS-Excel,Open Office,...).

(1) Click on the Factlist & Search

(2) Select in the search mask the Fact type “literature”

(3) You will receive a result list with all literature facts of the platform. Underneath the result list will appear an additional export menu. [If you cannot see this menu, then ask your platform administrator for the proper authorization.]

(4) Choose whether you would also like to have the meta information of the facts in the export file.

(5) Choose the suitable separator. In the most cases the comma is needed. In exceptional cases you must select semicolon, e.g.: if you open the file in MS Excel 97.

(6) Click on the “download” button

(7) Save the csv file on your computer.
